Rotterdam and Beyond
Hello everyone....
I thought I'd put a picture from the Musicals in Ahoy series that we did in Rotterdam. The picture is actually posted on http://www.musicalsinahoy.nl -- hopefully they won't mind that I'm putting it here too!
The picture is from our "Jersey Boys" medley that we performed in the second half. For those who couldn't make it to the show you can see from the photo that the production was absolutely massive!!
Luckily for us, we got to sing on a 50m wide stage with 42 dancers around us...ahh it's a tough life!
Now that we're back from Rotterdam we are having a well earned break. Some people will know that we are now not going to be performing in Germany this summer, and in fact we won't be doing Vox Pop again. Sadly the relationship with our production company did not work out. That leaves us with quite a long break in our diary, but also provides us with time to think about what we are going to do next.
Fear not, all is not lost and we're working on one or two things for the future. No news yet, but when we have something to announce we will of course make it public as soon as we can.
In the meantime we're retiring to our gardens, slapping on the sun cream, opening a few beers and watching the World Cup.
And yes, England will win. In Germany. On Penalties.

its ok guys we still love you! You guys are great no matter what and its just plain silly of the production company to drop you.

Enjoy the cup as long as you can, because there won't be lot of matches from England.

I'm really gutted that you guys won't be around in Edinburgh this year... I'm back at St George's West again, and have some Dutch acappella pretenders called "Pop Art" instead of you!This will be the first time in three years we won't have worked together... I hope everything works out for you in sorting out a new production company.
If you're around there at all, you'll find us technical types in Teuchers...
As usual, the English league isn't able to shoot penalties!

Give em break. I have known them 5 years and in that time they have only had 1 holiday. Let them relax for once. they deserve it. Yeah we all miss them but still don't we all deserve so 'me' time now and again?!

Hey guys,
the music world can be so evil...*sigh*
Yet again, stupid of the production company to drop guys like you, all I can say is 'there loss', and on to a better production company!
At least I hope you enjoy your holiday now, and hopefully not too stressed with that happening.
Well, poor us actually planned to go to a few concerts in Holland, we even wanted to drop a concert of Voice Male (you probably remember them, no? ;D), so we could go!
But alas, now we can't, I'm going to miss you guys! You're concerts were brilliant!
Well, I'll keep my fingers crossed to hopefully soon upcoming concerts here in Belgium or in the Netherlands!!!
